It has always amazed me that the minute babies are born, people try to identify whom they look like. My true belief is that a baby looks like a baby and resembles an old man just as much as either of his or her parents. It makes me chuckle when someone says a baby has so-and-so's nose or mouth. Until they are at least a week old, and for me often later than that, I truly believe you can't really tell.
As they start to grow, I think you can tell a little more. All along, I have tried to blame Brian for all of Lexi's issues (except the holding of the breath for which I take full responsibility). We have avoided claims on looks, though, as we both feel she is a good cross between the two of us. However, seemingly everyone we have encountered has had a strong reaction one way or the other, with one person insisting she looks exactly like me, and the next insisting she looks exactly like Brian. So, for our 200th post, we thought we would just post our own baby pictures and let you decide for yourself how much she looks like one of us or both of us.
