S'Mores

We have tried to take advantage of the little nice weather we have had and had a grill out this past weekend. We got our marshmallows for dessert and let the kids roast them over the grill. They both had a great time (although lacked the patience, so mom had to finish them). Conner, our sweet tooth loved every minute of the mess and asked for even more. 

Nothing Wrong

Gavin recently had a checkup at the doctor for his 6 month visit. He weighed in at 28" (90%) and 19 lb, 9 oz (75%). The doctor thought he looked great and stated, "There isn't anything I can find wrong with him." We'll take that! That is music to our ears.

We had a very quiet Easter this year. Since we had just returned from Disney, we just had our family and Laura's mom. Laura didn't even cook this year, and we instead opted to eat brunch at the church. The kids did have their annual Easter egg hunt. Conner, our candy lover, especially loved the gummy bears and jelly beans inside. Every time he would find an egg, he would promptly sit down and start eating the contents. Luckily, we did not have a puker by the end of the day, but he was a little crazy from a sugar high!
