Early B-day Celebration

Sometimes Christmas comes early, but in Conner's case, it was his birthday which came early this weekend. Because we'll be in Florida for Conner's actual birthday, Grandpa Kevin & Grandma Deb decided to shower him with a few gifts while they were down in St Louis this weekend. Between a toy from GG Betty and an Iowa jersey from Grandpa & Grandpa, Conner was a happy little man!

One Small Step for Con-Man Kind

Conner has appeared on the verge of walking for months now. He's been standing in one place without holding on to anything for long periods of time... he's been covering long distances on his feet holding nothing but a portion of mom's or dad's pinkie... but simply has not shown interest in actually walking. Well, he finally has taken to walking in the last week or so. He's been uncooperative in our attempts to capture it on video for the most part, but he's taking a good 8 or 10 steps at a time now. Must get that from his big sis... everything's going to be done on his terms without regard for the paparazzi I guess!
