We spend the weekend with back home visiting grandparents and Alisa and Scobie and their kids. One afternoon, we took our kids and two of Alisa's to Chuck-E-Cheese's, and they had a blast. The kids were having such a great time interacting and running around.
Lexi also got to go to Mallory's birthday party, which was held at a local salon where the girls got hair, make-up, and nails done. They decided to straighten Lexi's hair and add blue eye shadow. Although we thought she looked more like a hooker due to the caked on make-up, she was very proud of herself. For two days, we walked around with her fingers spread to make certain the finger nail polish was dry. Between that and wanting to pick out not only her clothes, but our clothes as well these days, she is starting to really show her girly side!
